Welcome to RIQZAS. We value your trust and strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

Refunds

• Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), RIQZAS will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
